The technical delivery addressed a significant topographical challenge, managing a 9-metre level difference between the front and back of the site. Our team implemented a strategic structural design to ensure the lower ground floor remains largely screened from the public highway, creating the aesthetic of a two-storey property while utilising the roof space for additional accommodation. Environmental protection was of the utmost importance; the project required a meticulous strategy to protect the greenfield aspects of the site and preserve several trees over 100 years old.
