Located only minutes from East Croydon Station, this gated development provides eight self-contained units, each with dedicated off-site secure parking. Designed to accommodate up to four individuals per unit, the scheme offers a high-quality residential environment for singles and families. The project delivers a bespoke architectural contribution to the area, providing a secure and private setting that is unique within the local vicinity.

The technical delivery addressed a significant topographical challenge, managing a 9-metre level difference between the front and back of the site. Our team implemented a strategic structural design to ensure the lower ground floor remains largely screened from the public highway, creating the aesthetic of a two-storey property while utilising the roof space for additional accommodation. Environmental protection was of the utmost importance; the project required a meticulous strategy to protect the greenfield aspects of the site and preserve several trees over 100 years old. By balancing these complex site levels with rigorous arboricultural safeguards, we delivered a high-performance residential scheme that sits harmoniously within its established natural landscape.
