This project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of a prominent corner site at the junction of Queen’s Road and York Grove. The programme delivered a high-specification mixed-use building featuring nine luxury apartments—a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units—situated above flexible ground-floor commercial space. Designed as a contemporary addition to the Peckham streetscape, the building replaces a previously underutilised site with a structure that respects the historic building lines while providing modern, high-quality urban living.

The architectural design utilises a sophisticated palette of red brickwork and dark metal detailing, featuring a distinctive stepped massing that provides generous private terraces for the residents. Our team managed complex structural requirements to ensure the building harmonises with the neighbouring Victorian terraces and the adjacent Grade II listed structures. Sustainability was a core focus of the technical delivery, incorporating high-performance thermal envelopes and energy-efficient M&E systems to meet stringent London Plan carbon reduction targets.
