This project involved the delivery of an exclusive residential enclave in the coastal town of Whitstable. The programme consisted of nine high-specification dwellings, including a mix of contemporary houses and bespoke apartments situated within a secluded yard setting. The architectural approach prioritised a modern interpretation of local maritime aesthetics, providing high-quality living spaces that offer a balance of privacy and proximity to the town centre and seafront.

The technical delivery focused on high-performance building envelopes and premium internal finishes across all units. A primary objective throughout the construction phase was the protection of the site’s natural assets; environmental projection was of the utmost importance, and our team successfully preserved the existing trees to maintain the ecological character and maturity of the setting. The build integrated modern sustainable technologies and energy-efficient systems, ensuring each home meets contemporary environmental standards while retaining its distinct, established identity.
